VAT and Import Taxes
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
We will take responsibility for all taxes and customs duties for European Union countries. For other countries the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Your order will be processed upon receipt during regular working hours. Provided all items are in stock, delivery will be between one and three working days via courier service. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone.
During sale time or unexpectedly busy times there may be a slight delay with delivery. If this is the case you will be notified by email. You may cancel any item which has not been despatched to you by calling or emailing us at email@example.com.

Our products are made with great care and a huge effort is put into quality control. However, if you wish to return an item for refund or exchange, please send it back in its original packaging and in saleable condition within ten days of receipt. Please note that P&P and returns postage are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please get a proof of postage or send the item recorded. We regret that we cannot be responsible for any returns that get lost in the post. Returns should be sent to our Sales Department at the address listed on the despatch note. Please include the despatch note when returning an item(s).
Items returned for refund will be credited back in the manner that you paid for them and are processed as soon as possible, generally within 10 days of receipt.
